I believe the most important key to change is self empowerment. I help my clients through a lens of understanding how they have been disempowered with a strengths model approach. Once clients have this awareness, they practice the steps toward making conscious choices in all areas of their life.

In my trauma work I use a psychodynamic model as well as using a few techniques such as EMDR, Brainspotting and EFT to enhance the healing process.
